Lunch today was interesting. we watched American Wife Swap- which started with the disclaimer that "unlike Wife Swap UK, some portions of Wife Swap made for the American audience has been dramatized for sake of the show"....WTF! So basically as well all suspect, American reality tele is in fact not reality at all.

the next issue about this is the AWFUL people. We wonder why the world thinks so little of us culturally? Well, when all they have to base their opinions on are George Bush a white trash family that lives in a junk yard and a big black woman who legally changed her name to Diva "because she is such a diva" and calls her sons "divos"....what would we expect. Why would we ever allow this outside the borders? For the sake of the united states in terms of anyone outside of the boarders ever having any faith in us again- we better hope good ol' Barack wins tonight.

We finished the lunch with Adrian waving his stomach so we could hear the fluids rushing around- dare I say it, we muted the TV so we could hear it better and laugh. I would like to give a shot out to him for wearing his classy red white and blue track suit bottoms on election day!

okay- back to applying for jobs!!
